Everyone who contacts Oxxoga Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to share a concern and what we do afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something went wrong with work in your home, it often helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Oxxoga Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@oxxoga.skin and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you phoned or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Settled?

If our answer does not solve the problem, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
